AMS is able to convert basic materials into customised products using a variety of processing centres situated in its seven warehouses which operate 24 hours per day.

Ten machining centres (max. work piece size in mm = 2220 long x 740 wide x 560 thick) deliver surface machining, profiling and other aspects of early stage precision machining to tolerances of +/- 0.125mm.

Seventeen plate saws (max. work piece size in mm = 6000 long x 4000 wide x 200 thick) cut to size with typical tolerances of -0/+1mm.

Ten bar, extrusion and tube saws, some equipped with automatic multi-feed devices, cut to length with typical tolerances of -0/+1 mm. Diameter range capability is from 13mm to 460mm.

Two large throat band saws produce circles, rings and other shapes up to a max. diameter of 915mm.

Five guillotines cut sheet and thin plate up to 5000mm long to tolerances of -0/+1mm.

Seven polycoaters can apply plastic sheet surface protection up to 2m. wide onto a variety of materials – please enquire for size options.
